What we do
We look at your bloodwork, your history and your goals, and we build a plan with you. We review it with you at set points through the year.
What you do
A few things only you can do. Get your bloodwork done when it is due. Keep your calls. Tell us how you are, including what is not going well.
Why the bloodwork matters
It is the safety check that lets us start and continue treatment. Without a current result we cannot prescribe safely, so a call waits until the result is in. That is not a penalty. It is the rule that keeps you safe, and it is the one part of this that is entirely in your hands.
What you can expect from us
Clear instructions. Reminders that respect your time. A real person when you need one. No lectures.
Life gets in the way sometimes. When it does, tell us. There is a button for that on every request we send.
